Running 10.10.2 and when I try import my configuration (config.plist) it does not work. log file shows:

?

Clover Configurator[2075]: [<__NSCFBoolean 0x7fff7687b6d8> valueForUndefinedKey:]: this class is not key value coding-compliant for the key CStates.

?
What is wrong?

Found the issue.

?

I had:

?

?

?

<key>SSDT</key>
<dict>
? ? ? <key>DropOem</key>
? ? ? <true/>
? ? ? <key>Generate</key>
? ? ? <false/>
</dict>

?

And you Config Tool is looking for CStates, so it crashes. According to the Clover Wiki this should be fine, right?

?

I added:

?

?

<key>SSDT</key>

<dict>
? ? <key>DropOem</key>
? ? <true/>
? ? <key>Generate</key>?
? ? <dict>
? ? ? ? ? ? <key>CStates</key>
? ? ? ? ? ? <false/>

? ? ? ? ? ??<key>PStates</key>
? ? ? ? ? ? <false/>
? ? </dict>
</dict>

?

?

And now I can import my config.plist

No bugs found for now....

To clarify...

If I manually type in HEX code to the "Kernel and Kext Patches" area it does translate the code to BASE64.

EXAMPLE - Framebuffer edits to make HDMI work (from Toleda).

?

name: AppleIntelFramebufferAzul

this: 010509000004000087000000

to this: 010509000008000006000000

comment: 10.10-Azul-Port_0x5-DP2HDMI

?

However, when I reboot the machine hangs.

?

When I change out the config.plist to a working backup, then try and open the one I modified in Clover Configurator it fails to open. Somehow it gets corrupt.

?

This happens when I type in the ROM value as a DATA string as well. As soon as I remove the DATA string from the file is able to be read in CC and able to save.?

@mackie100, ?Just wanted to say thank you again for sharing this incredible work of yours. ?Under "kernel and kext patches" section "KextsToPatch", Tick "InfoPlistPatch" something changed. ?In the prior version don't remember which one, I was able to get my WPN300N Linksys PCI Wifi card recognized14e4,4329 with find and replace, but now it changes the string to bas64. It literally put the information into the config as a string data before. ?Is that how it should work since the Info.plist is all string data? ?If this feature that worked before was actually a bug, then where else in Clover Configurator can I do this to achieve the same result? ?Thanks Again!!

No. Generate key may be boolean or dictionary value.

yes because you have set true in CSTATES and PSTATES keys, if you set CSTATES > TRUE and PSTATES > FALSE, generate key becomes a dictionary.
